We are currently responding to the following crises:

 TURKEY-SYRIA EARTHQUAKE

Two consecutive earthquakes have devastated parts of southern Turkey (officially known as Türkiye) and northern Syria, causing unimaginable hardships for families already affected by years of war. More than 50,000 people have died, and millions more have lost everything. Our local partners are urgently providing life-saving support of food, medicine, and shelter to children and families affected by this heartbreaking event. These organizations are most effective at having the biggest impact for children and families in need of immediate support.

UKRAINE CONFLICT

On February 24th, 2022, Russia started a military assault on Ukraine with the intention to invade. Street Child launched an emergency response on February 25th, our first response in Europe. Since then millions of people have displaced by the conflict, and while many areas have since been de-occupied by Russian forces, 17.7 million people are in need of humanitarian aid. Donate today to help us reach as many people as possible.

MIDDLE EAST CRISIS

Currently, the extreme complexity and deep restrictions make it virtually impossible for most NGOs to actively respond; however, when aid routes do open, it will be local, frontline organizations that make the biggest impact. As per our core belief in the power of locally-rooted action and clear focus on children's safety and future, we are in active contact with a growing range of local and regional actors to ensure we are well positioned to provide aid for those who need it most when we are able.

AFGHANISTAN EARTHQUAKE

Afghanistan is in the midst of the worst humanitarian crisis on earth. Please donate today to save lives.

mOROCCO EARTHQUAKE

More than 2,000 people have been killed in Morocco following a powerful earthquake and children and their families are in desperate need of assistance. If you are looking for ways to help, donate today to Street Child's emergency fund for Morocco. We will ensure 100% of all donations received are passed on to highly effective local organizations who are responding on the ground.
